Product details

The XD14069 hex inverters are constructed using MOS P-channel and N-channel enhancement mode devices in a single monolithic structure. These inverters are primarily used where low power consumption and/or high noise immunity are required. Each of the six inverters is a single stage to minimize propagation delays.

Features

● Supply voltage range = 3.0 Vdc to 18 Vdc
● Capable of driving two low-supply TTL loads or OneLow-power Schottky TTL loads over rated temperature range
● Triple diode protection on all inputs
● Pin-out replacement for the CD4069UB
● Compliant with JEDEC UB specification
● NLV prefix for automotive and other applications requiring unique site and control change requirements; AEC-Q100 qualified and PPAP capable
● The devices are Pb-Free and RoHS compliant
