XA2163 is a GaAs microwave monolithic integrated circuit SPDT (Single-Pole-Double-Throw) switch developed for 2.4ghz and 6ghz dual-band wireless LAN. The device operates in the 0.5 to 2.5ghz, 4.9 to 6.0ghz and 8.0ghz frequency ranges with low insertion loss and high isolation.6 pin plastic TSON package.
