Product details

    The XD555 is a single-chip timing circuit ™ process timer made using Tl LinCMOS that is fully compatible with CMOS, TTL and MOS logic and operates at frequencies up to 2 MHz due to its high input impedance. The device uses a smaller timing capacitor than that used by the 555NE, so more precise delay and oscillation can be achieved. Low power consumption across the entire supply voltage range.
