Job responsibilities：
1) Familiar with the construction of digital and analog circuits, with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
2) Having good design standards, integrating circuit reliability, statistical analysis, and yield considerations into the design
3) Fluent English reading ability and ability to write technical documents in both Chinese and English, with oral communication skills preferred
4) Having a team spirit, easy to communicate, helpful, honest and reliable
Job requirements：
1. Microelectronics related major, master's degree or above
2. Familiar with CMOS simulation IC design principles, understand device physics, IC manufacturing processes and processes;
3. Proficient in the basic knowledge of analog circuit design, fluent in English reading and writing, able to read professional literature proficiently, with a certain degree of independent research and development ability, and a deep understanding of analog circuits and mixed digital and analog circuits.
4. Have a deep understanding of integrated circuit devices and commonly used circuit structures, and be able to independently complete basic circuit module designs.
