    The XA2214-S14 is a gallium arsenide microwave monolithic integrated circuit for L, S-band SPDT (single-pole double-throw) switches, developed for mobile phones and other L, S-band applications. The device can control the switch twice under the control voltage of 1.8 ~ 5.3v, and the operating frequency is 0.05 ~ 3.0ghz. It has the characteristics of low insertion loss and high isolation.
